Grand Medini is an exclusive residential development enclave at the heart of Medini Iskandar, Johor, that offers unrivalled privacy, luxurious finishes and exquisite design. GRUPO MCI participated in the project supports by lighting consultant, to light up the building façade and the common areas.

To highlight the building outline shape of the three towers, and the LedFlooStrip® Dot Free lighting solution was used.

LedFloodStrip® Dot Free is a linear lighting range for outdoor (IP66) applications designed to provide decorative lighting effects which are mainly characterized by its small size, low power consumption and easy installation.

The linear lightings fixture is made of an anodized aluminum body with a milky diffuser that provides homogenous light without visible dots. The union between luminaries is through male-female connection.
Our downlight Donwnito® 70 square has been also placed in the common areas and toilets.

Downito® 70 Square is the smallest downlight from the Donwito® range, it is a compact 10W LED downlight for accent lighting, that allows a wide variety of lighting applications in retail (CRI 90), hospitality, residential, offices (UGR<19) and outdoors (IP65).

The latest technology 35°, 50° and 70° active reflectors, designed by Bartenbach, enable light distribution with a unique precision, high performance up to 89 lm/W and a 1000 lm luminous flux. The passive reflectors in white, black, chrome, gold and RAL under request, give the possibility to play with different colour luminaires. Downito® 70 is available in different color temperatures; 2700K, 3000K, 3500K and 4000K and can be controlled by 1-10V and DALI systems.Compact, precise and high-performance design, it is the perfect combination for your lighting projects.

Grand Medini, situated in a strategic location of Medini, gives easy access to Persisiran Pantai JB - Nusajaya Highway and Malaysia - Singapore Second Link Expressway. There are several amenities such as restaurants, gas stations, banks, and schools that are located nearby Grand Medini.
